MSRP/ MAP POLICY

To uphold the integrity of our brand and ensure consistent value for our customers, BEAN CANDLE CO has an established a Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy for all products. This policy applies to all authorized resellers, both online and in-store, to maintain fair pricing practices and strengthen the overall BEAN CANDLE CO brand experience.

We appreciate the partnership of our Retailers and their commitment to representing BEAN CANDLE CO.  By following this policy, retailers help protect our reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer support, while fostering a consistent and trusted brand presence in the marketplace.

1. Policy Overview

• Retailers may not advertise BEAN CANDLE CO products at prices below the MAP         outlined  below.
• This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to:
  • Print (newspapers, magazines, flyers)
  • Digital media (websites, social media, online marketplaces, email campaigns)
  • Radio or television
  • Paid search or display ads

2. MSRP/MAP

The following MAP pricing applies to all BEAN CANDLE CO products and must be adhered to by all retail partners:

• Candle (12oz) all scents: MSRP/MAP $42
• Travel Candle (4oz) all scents: MSRP/MAP $18

4. MAP Policy Guidelines

• BEAN CANDLE CO Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is implemented under the full discretion of our authorized management team. No employee or sales representative is allowed to alter, discuss, or grant exceptions to this policy unless approved in writing by the designated MAP Policy Administrator. Any unauthorized statements or actions regarding this policy are invalid. All exceptions must be documented in writing and followed exactly as outlined, or they will be considered a violation of this policy.
• This MAP Policy applies solely to advertised prices and does not control the actual selling price of BEAN CANDLE CO products within a Retailer’s retail location.
• All questions or communications regarding this MAP Policy must be submitted in writing to hello@beancandleco.com. Verbal discussions or agreements are not permitted. The MAP Policy Administrator is solely responsible for determining violations, communicating enforcement actions, and reviewing inquiries related to this policy. Any enforcement action taken by Bean Candle Co will be at our discretion and without liability to the company.
• BEAN CANDLE CO retains the right to adjust MSRP/MAP for any product, and all changes will apply equally to all authorized Retailers.
• Intentional violations of this policy will result in enforcement measures determined solely by BEAN CANDLE CO. We do not partner with Retailers who compromise the value or image of our brand. Failure to comply with or cooperate during a MAP Policy investigation will also be considered a violation.
• The terms of this MAP Policy are confidential and may not be shared without written authorization from the MAP Policy Administrator.
